This 6-week guided program helps mothers and caregivers care for themselves with intention. In a structured, psychoeducational group, you’ll learn practical ways to weave self-care into daily life, using mindfulness and self-compassion practices to foster emotional balance, self-kindness, and sustainable well-being.

Program Overview

This is a 6-week guided group experience to help mothers and caregivers care for themselves with intention, using mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical self-care strategies.

What to Expect:

  • Discover the Essentials: Learn what mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-care really mean, and explore common myths and truths.

  • Reflect and Explore: Gain insight into your current habits and patterns, noticing what’s working well and what could use more attention.

  • Set Meaningful Intentions: Identify small, practical ways to nurture yourself that fit your life and priorities.

  • Weekly Themes: Each week builds on the last, offering tools and practices to bring more calm, kindness, and balance into everyday motherhood.

How it Works

The Mother Your Mind Coaching Program is designed to help you care for yourself with intention. Each week includes practical themes in mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-care, with exercises and reflections to help you notice what’s working and create small, sustainable changes.

The program follows three core phases:

  • Assessment & Goal Planning: Reflect on your current habits and set intentions that support your well-being.

  • Guided Practice: Explore weekly themes with practical exercises you can integrate into daily life.

  • Integration: Solidify new habits and create a plan for ongoing self-care.

Throughout the program, you’ll also be part of a small cohort of caregivers—offering connection, support, and gentle accountability. By the end, you can expect:

  • Greater awareness of your current self-compassion and self-care habits

  • Practical tools to notice and gently shift unhelpful patterns

  • Skills to set boundaries and make choices that support your well-being

  • Simple daily practices to cultivate calm, clarity, and balance in motherhood
