New Moms Group
Early motherhood is a beautiful, but often overwhelming, season of life. It’s easy to feel isolated or unsure as you adjust to your new role and the many changes it brings. Research shows that one of the most powerful sources of resilience for new mothers is connection—knowing that you are not alone, that your struggles are shared, and that your experiences are valid.
This therapist-led group offers an inviting and welcoming environment where you and your baby (ages 0–4 months) can come as you are. Together, we’ll explore the joys and challenges of new motherhood, grounded in the clinical principles of mindful self-compassion and the idea of common humanity—the reminder that all mothers go through difficulties, and healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood.
Topics include newborn development, postpartum wellness, boundaries and expectations, sleep and feeding, and more. Most importantly, each session creates space for you to connect with other moms, share openly, and build meaningful connections during this vulnerable and transformative time.
The group is limited to eight participants to foster close connection and thoughtful discussion.
